Access Arrangement Assessments (schools)

I assess children and young people in years 9-11 to identify if they qualify for specific access arrangements in line with their normal way of working in preparation for their GCSE examinations.

Form 8 will be completed by myself and the school SENCo. Form 8 part 1 will need to be completed and shared prior to assessment. I will complete Form 8 part 2 to support JCQ online applications for access arrangements. 

I am AMBDA qualified and hold an Assessment Practising Certificate.
