I truly believe that every neurodiverse individual can create a positive impact in their schools, future workforce, home, and communities. I want to play a part in supporting this process toward developing their confident, effective, and independent learning and working skills. This way, we can eliminate glass ceilings and ensure that the full diversity of our youth goes on to be justly represented at every level of power in society. This starts with timely identification and diagnosis of educational needs so that literacy skills do not impede potential and attainment.
